Holy Communion for the Homebound
The Eucharist is brought to Catholics in the hospital, local nursing homes, apartment buildings and parishioner homes in the community.

Submit your prayer requests by email to: prayerchain@stjosephwaconia.org or call 952-442-3718. If someone from your family has died and the funeral is not at St. Joseph, please call the parish office to include them in our prayers.
Funeral Luncheon Committee
