“Sort, collate, and stuff mailings or assist with simple clerical tasks in the parish office. Qualifications include the ability to sort/alphabetize and handle repetitive motions, with most work being seated.

Time commitment: Approximately 3+ hours as needed, depending on the size of the mailing.”

Becoming Catholic (OCIA/OCIC)

The Order of Christian Initiation of Adults and Children is a process through which participants grow in faith and discern joining the Catholic Church. It is for unbaptized adults and children over seven, adults baptized in another tradition, or Catholics seeking to complete their initiation. Sessions run weekly from September to May and can be joined at any time.

Cemetery Committee

“This committee oversees the maintenance and expansion of cemetery grounds, marking burial plots, and updating rules and regulations.

Time commitment: Meets semi-annually in the fall and spring, with ongoing maintenance work needed at the cemetery.”

Funeral Choir

“Provide music ministry for funerals. The Resurrection Choir meets 45 minutes before funerals to rehearse.

Time commitment: About 2 hours per funeral, typically at 10:30 am or 11:00 am.”
