Parents are asked to call the Parish Office to arrange for this sacrament several months before the baby is born. A Baptism class is required every three years. Classes are scheduled in January, March, May, July, September, and November. Baptisms are typically held on the third Sunday of the month at noon. The Parish Pastoral Council is the primary advisory group for the pastor, assisting in planning, organizing, initiating, promoting, coordinating, and reviewing educational, service, evangelization, and worship matters. It helps discern parish needs, recommend priorities, and shape the direction of the parish. Members join through a discernment process and attend regular meetings and leadership seminars.
