300 – Finance Council
The Finance Council provides ongoing guidance to the pastor and administrator to ensure the efficient and effective handling of parish business operations. They provide leadership and oversight in maintaining financial stability. They assist in budgeting and long term forecasting, maintaining sound financial and accounting practices and controls, planning for facility and grounds maintenance and improvements, and communicating to the parish of financial status and capital projects. Members provide advice and oversight of financial projections, capital budgets, operating budgets, revenue sources, investment strategies, debt financing, and fixed assets.
