The Parish Pastoral Council is the primary advisory group for the pastor, assisting in planning, organizing, initiating, promoting, coordinating, and reviewing educational, service, evangelization, and worship matters. It helps discern parish needs, recommend priorities, and shape the direction of the parish. Members join through a discernment process and attend regular meetings and leadership seminars.
“Guide youth preparing for Confirmation by facilitating small group discussions after lessons or speaker sessions. Meets weekly on Wednesday evenings from 7:00-8:30 pm (September-May). Participants must complete the safety requirements prescribed by the Archdiocese (Virtus).
Time commitment: 1.5 hours weekly during scheduled months.”
“Oversee sound systems during Mass and live stream services. Volunteers receive training to manage cameras, sound, and setup/takedown for streamed Masses.
Time commitment: Flexible based on streaming needs.”
