THE COUNCIL MEMBER’S ROLE
Membership on St. Joseph councils is open to all registered members of St. Joseph who are at least 16 years old and regularly worship with the parish community. Council members are committed to understand and collaboratively facilitate the achievement of the parish mission, vision, and WIGs (Wildly Important Goals). They are willing to participate in respectful dialogue that supports consensus decision-making and have a spiritual hunger that contributes to effective parish leadership. Members must have the ability to observe confidentiality when required and commit to giving the time needed for active participation.
Time commitment: 2-4 hours per month
